We are committed to providing a safe Covid secure environment for both our
visitors and staff.
Open Day visits will be time limited to an hour and a half on the farm itself cuddling all
the animals......with time after to enjoy good food and coffee in The Old Dairy.
This means there are a limited number of people on the farm at any one
time, giving a better visitor experience and keeping everyone safe.
(The first 'hour and a half booking slot' is at 10.30-12pm, then bookings are every quarter of an hour through to the last 'hour and a half booking slot' at 2-3.30pm).
The Old Dairy Cafe will be open from 10.30-3.45pm and
we are following the government guidelines
Groups of up to 6 or two households are allowed to eat inside the tea barn.
Groups no larger than 6 are permitted to go around the farm together.
If you are meeting friends, we will ask you to sit outside on our sunny patio or picnic area.
Advanced online ticket booking will continue to be required, and we will
notify you on our social media platforms, newsletter and website, so
everyone will get a chance to book tickets when these become available.
For the welfare of our animals we are maintaining our limit of 6 people in a pen at any time.
Large groups will not be permitted to go around the farm together.
We have all waited a long time to be able to meet up, and know you are
all as excited as we are, but to ensure social distancing and to keep
everyone safe, we would ask you follow government guidelines, so
Miller’s Ark can stay open.
Tickets are non refundable non transferrable whatever the circumstances.
Any request for a refund will be refused.
